Customers and staff at a Chili’s Bar & Grill restaurant reported injuries after consuming drinks that were found to be contaminated with a cleaning chemical.
The incident involved the restaurant in Forest City, NC, according to the Foothills Health District. The agency is investigating the incident, which occurred on Oct. 28.
