Potential chemical risks dominated discussions this past year in a Dutch network created to identify emerging food safety risks.
The Food Safety Signalling Consultation (SO-V) was formed in 2020 to identify and interpret emerging food safety risks. It has two sections: one for microbiological risks (SO-VM) and another for chemical risks (SO-VC).
