Tartuflanghe expands in Miami with a retail-driven experiential hub

In Miami’s vibrant Wynwood district, Tartuflanghe strengthens its international footprint with a concept that combines showroom, kitchen, and experiential space. More than a traditional office, the loft serves as a meeting point for industry professionals and end consumers, offering a fully immersive journey into the world of truffles—from fresh seasonal products to advanced processing techniques such as spherification and freeze-drying.

At the core of the project is a central kitchen designed to host chefs and private chefs, enabling them to experiment with the Italian company’s extensive product range. At the same time, the space engages consumers through tastings and curated wine pairings, enhancing understanding of the premium truffle segment. On the retail side, the company continues to expand its high-value portfolio, from truffle-based snacks such as chips to fast-growing spreadable truffle creams in tubes, with new flavors set to launch.

A key focus is the U.S. market, where Tartuflanghe is introducing a new line of ready-to-use pasta sauces, 100% made in Alba, Italy, and free from preservatives and artificial flavors. The range includes truffle-infused carbonara, cacio e pepe, and Alfredo sauces. This initiative is part of a broader storytelling strategy highlighting the company’s 50-year heritage, recently celebrated alongside new openings, including a restaurant in Alba and the Miami loft, reinforcing Tartuflanghe’s global positioning in the premium food segment.
