The parents of a young girl who died following an allergic reaction have called for a dedicated allergy rating for food businesses in England.
Mia Shay St Hilaire, from London, suffered a severe allergic reaction following consumption of a milkshake that contained traces of nuts.
Adrian St Hilaire and Chanel Spence’s 12-year-old daughter died from anaphylaxis after drinking a milkshake made in an unwashed blender at the Pop Inn Café in 2023.
