A group representing the food and drink sector in Ireland has unveiled guidance covering the prevention and management of food safety incidents.
Food Drink Ireland (FDI) said the manufacturer-focused Food Safety Incident Management guide provides companies with a toolkit to navigate planning, perform structured risk assessments, and make swift decisions with confidence.
