Eurovo Takes Center Stage at TuttoFood 2026 with New Solutions

Eurovo group has once again confirmed its leading role at Tuttofood 2026, one of the world’s foremost international food and agri-food exhibitions, taking place from May 11 to 14 at Fiera Milano Rho. The company is welcoming visitors at Hall 4, Stand C01, where it is presenting a broad portfolio of innovations designed to meet evolving consumer trends and the changing needs of the food industry.

The group’s presence at the trade show focuses on product innovation, foodservice solutions, and international growth, reinforcing Eurovo’s position as a strategic partner for food professionals, buyers, and operators from around the world.

During the exhibition, Eurovo is unveiling a range of new products developed to address emerging dietary preferences and functional food demands, while strengthening dialogue with Italian and international buyers. A key highlight is the introduction of the new “Linea Rosa,” an innovative product range created to respond to the growing prevalence of food intolerances and the increasing demand for healthier alternatives. The line includes a creamy pudding, an ice cream product, and a milk alternative enriched with vitamin D, all developed without lactose, sugars, or fats.

Eurovo is also expanding its retail offering with the launch of the new Le Naturelle egg white in brick format — a shelf-stable product that can be stored at room temperature, designed to provide consumers with greater convenience, quality, and versatility.

The exhibition space further showcases Eurovo’s core business and integrated egg supply chain. Visitors can explore the company’s full range of egg products, including organic, free-range, and strictly antibiotic-free lines, underlining the group’s long-standing commitment to quality and traceability.

Significant attention is also being devoted to advanced technical formulations aimed at supporting pastry and food service professionals in their day-to-day operations. Among the featured solutions are Tuorlo 33, specifically developed for large leavened bakery products, and Cuisine Royale, created to simplify professional kitchen applications such as creams, scrambled eggs, and traditional carbonara preparation.

Demonstrating the breadth of the Group’s portfolio and its ability to serve multiple consumption occasions, Eurovo is also featuring Waffelman and Lolli Liquori at Tuttofood 2026. Waffelman, the historic brand acquired by Eurovo Group in 2024, is presenting a dedicated out-of-home range including ready-to-use preparations and professional mixes for waffles, crêpes, and pancakes. Meanwhile, Lolli Liquori — the Bologna-based brand founded in 1957 and specializing in artisanal liqueurs and confectionery specialties — is showcasing a gourmet-focused selection ranging from limited-edition liqueurs to desserts inspired by the Italian culinary tradition.

With its participation at Tuttofood 2026, Eurovo reaffirms its constant commitment to research and the development of high-value-added products,” the company stated. “The group continues to strengthen its role as a strategic partner capable of supporting food industry professionals with innovative and functional solutions.”
