DalterFood Group is showcasing its broad portfolio of Italian cheeses at Tuttofood Milan 2026, highlighting tailor-made solutions for the food industry, retail, and foodservice sectors, alongside a major new product innovation.
The company’s exhibition features premium Italian cheeses, including its own production of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, vegetarian-friendly hard cheeses, grated cheese blends, and a wide variety of cuts designed to meet different culinary and industrial needs.
The key innovation introduced at the fair is “Ondine”, a new cheese cut developed by the company’s R&D team. Characterized by its irregular shape and wavy surface, the product is designed to add a handcrafted visual appeal to dishes while maintaining versatility across applications such as salads, carpaccio, sandwiches, and aperitivo offerings.
“TuttoFood is a key opportunity for dialogue with the market,” said the company’s General Manager, Antonio Gizzi. “In an increasingly digital business environment, direct product experience remains irreplaceable. The fair allows us to showcase the quality of our cheeses through tasting and direct interaction.”
Gizzi added that DalterFood Group continues to strengthen its international presence through strategic investments, including the inauguration of a new production facility in Parma and the acquisition of French distributor For Food France.
The company reported record revenues of €200 million in 2025 and is expanding production capacity to meet growing global demand for Italian cheeses, particularly Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
Sustainability also remains central to the group’s strategy. DalterFood Group produces 189 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano daily using more than 34 million liters of milk annually sourced from 43 local farms. In addition, 99.5% of the electricity used across its operations comes from certified renewable energy sources, while single-serve packaging solutions are made entirely from recyclable plastic.
