Brazil is expecting to be again to the list of poultry and honey suppliers to the European Union following positive findings from an assessment.
An audit was carried out after Brazil requested to be put back on a list of countries allowed to send consignments of certain animals and products of animal origin intended for human consumption to Europe. Earlier this year, Brazil was left off the list with rules on imports beginning on Sept. 3, 2026.
