TuttoPizza, the international fair dedicated to the world of pizza, is set to significantly expand its global reach with the launch of “TuttoPizza World”. This initiative saw the eighth edition of the event held simultaneously in Naples and Shanghai from May 19-21, 2025. This marked a pivotal moment for the fair, creating a “bridge between West and East” through the universal appeal of pizza. The TuttoPizza event was organized by Universal Marketing in collaboration with SIAL Shanghai, the largest B2B agri-food trade show in Asia.
The expansion is a result of a strategic partnership between TuttoPizza, the Campania Region, Comexposium (Sial Network), and Universal Marketing. This collaboration saw TuttoPizza join forces with the prestigious agri-food fair SIAL in Shanghai, with both events opening to the public on May 19th. This agreement also paves the way for future TuttoPizza-branded events around the world, including within the Italian pavilions and agri-food sections of SIAL fairs.

Nicola Caputo, Councillor for Agriculture of the Campania Region, underscored the importance of this agreement in valuing Campanian agri-food products. He stated that the Campania Region will be a protagonist as an institutional partner in both the SIAL Shanghai and Naples events. This presents a significant opportunity to promote pizza and the art of the Neapolitan pizzaiolo, recognized as an intangible UNESCO World Heritage since 2017. It will also create new opportunities for Campanian products, such as San Marzano PDO tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and PGI and PDO olive oils, to engage with an international audience.
The global pizza market is experiencing rapid growth, with a reported turnover of $148.6 billion in 2023. Despite this, Italy is not the leading country in terms of the number of pizzerias, making it crucial to promote this culinary art beyond national borders. This international expansion of TuttoPizza aims to capitalize on this global demand and further establish the authentic Italian pizza tradition worldwide.
